Last year I randomly took a selfie which ended up encapsulating my feeling invisible in the world I was in, the feeling that I didn’t matter and that I’d die never fulfilling my dreams. Even way down in the hole of feelings of worthlessness and, at the end of that dark spectrum, downright self-hate – your shadow symbolises that you just can’t run from you. I have high hopes for a day when I won’t even want to. Feel free to share your experience of what you do to get out from down in the hole.

I always like to spend time with family just to remember that love really does make the world go round. 🙂
